Duties:

Qualifications: 

  • Experience with the North American staffing and recruitment industry and associated software.

Job Description

Finance and Administration:

  • Prepare sales invoices by obtaining relevant client usage information/li>
  • Maintain register of sales invoices by referring to client contract updates
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Maintain register of client receivables
  • Correspond with clients on invoice related matters
  • Handle basic bookkeeping duties
  • Handle administrative office work as and when required

Account Management:

  • Maintain regular contact with assigned clients
