Daxtra Technologies has completed the acquisition of HR Information Ltd, the 
company behind the Peoplebank applicant tracking system, from Trinity Mirror 
PLC for an undisclosed sum.  Daxtra plans to embed its award winning 
CV/resume parsing and routing solutions to enhance Peoplebank's offering to 
their existing client base.

Peoplebank provides applicant tracking systems for many companies including 
Barclays PLC, Arcadia group, Tussauds Group and many others.
