When we put skills in your database we put in your skills that support your business processes. The level of accuracy of the CV information we supply is unsurpassed - not only in English but also German, Dutch, French, Spanish, Polish, Russian, Chinese and many other languages.

It doesn't stop there though - CandidateCapture also extracts vital tracking information including automatic links between candidate records and vacancies candidates apply or are suitable for, linking consultants to relevant incoming updates, as well as recording the source of applications - a very powerful tool in showing ROI for your business. CandidateCapture allows you to control the information loaded to your database and the level of manual supervision required. Using the most efficient mode, which includes automated updates, customers report over 96% of incoming CVs (both new and updates) are loaded with no manual intervention whatsoever.
